Ticket sales ready to hit 4,000 mark

SALE Sharks season ticket sales are progressing well, with almost 4,000 sold to date.

The club is currently in the process of contacting 2007/08 season ticket holders who have not yet renewed their ticket for the forthcoming season.

Once the fixtures are announced, demand for season tickets will increase so the club advises fans to book early to secure the best seat.

Meanwhile, excitement is building ahead of the draw for the most prestigious competition in world rugby - the Heineken Cup tournament - which will take place on Tuesday, June 17.

Six pools of four teams will be drawn based on the new ERC European ranking system, which will see Sale Sharks playing against either Munster, Toulouse, Biarritz Olympique or Stade Francais.

And if that isn’t enough to whet fans’ appetites, fixtures for the Guinness Premiership season will be announced the following week on Tuesday, June 24.

So don’t miss out on seeing who the Sharks will face on the opening day of the season.
