This week Diary Editor Dianne Bourne was at the launch of the upcoming 24/7 Theatre Festival in Manchester, where she caught up with one of the actresses appearing in new play Quadraped, Lisa-Marie Hoctor, 21, from Oldham to find out about her stylish look.

How would you describe your style?

Funky, vibrant and relaxed.

Who is your style icon?

Rachel Bilson, Alexa Chung and Daisy Lowe. They're all really effortlessly unique and quirky.

Name your favourite shops.

Ryan Vintage and Pop Boutique on Oldham Street and you can't go wrong with Primark and Topshop.

What's your best ever buy?

A £50 leopard print dress from Warehouse that I bought two summers ago before it hit all the magazines. I've worn it so much I've got holes under the armpits! It's seen me through every good night out.

What's your biggest fashion mistake?

I dyed my hair black when I was 15, it was really bad. I got called Morticia.

How much do you usually spend on clothes each month?

Probably £30-£50.

What item of clothing can't you live without?

This bag. It's my gym bag as well as everyday bag - everything fits into here. Sometimes it's as heavy as a sack of potatoes though!
