Give careless pram pushers a real shock

I CANNOT count how many times I have had my feet run over and the backs of my legs rammed into by careless and/or stupid people pushing pushchairs and buggies.

Now I have finally come up with the solution. Wire up the parent to the buggy and every time they come within an inch of touching someone they would get an electric shock.

This would also be activated when children escape from their parents, as the adult would get a constant shock until their child was within certain parameters.

This would mean they would be in control of their children and also discipline the adult to be a better parent.
