Health is only `must'

24/11/2005

WE hear so much about the "must-have" society so how about a return to the "must-not-have" times?

Let's start by getting rid of mobile phones, computers, camcorders, MP3 players, digital cameras, email, online, website, internet, dotcom, designer clothes and glasses and electronic gadgets.

I'm retired but when I have worked part-time four afternoons a week, been to the gym four times and done my jobs in the house and garden, I simply don't have any time to use those gadgets.

I also have a nice, stress free life as I don't desire any of these things.

The only "must-have" in life is good health.
