Church holds summer fair

MEET local MP Graham Brady at The Avenue Methodist Church’s summer fair on Saturday, July 5.
Attractions include a wild road show, wedding display, crafts, plants, work by Woodheys and Tyntesfield primary schools, music by Ashton-on-Mersey High School band and much more.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day and doors open at 11.15am.
Admission is £1 and accompanied children can get in free.
Come and celebrate with us the Living Well Centre – a focus for recreational and social activities for all in our community.
Also, everyone left The Avenue Methodist Church on Saturday evening with a big grin on their faces.
That’s because they had just heard the fantastic Sale Gilbert & Sullivan Society perform Generally G&S – a concert of mainly G&S favourites plus a few more bits.
