Travel card times two

MY HUSBAND and I applied for the new concessionary travel pass.
Having read in the press about the many thousands of applications, which will cause delays, we were delighted to receive our own passes last week. We were, however, very surprised to receive more passes the following day. The only difference on the second passes were a few days extra to the expiry date.
I tried to call Traveline to advise of this error but unfortunately I was not prepared to hold on forever at 10p a minute.
How many other people have had duplicate passes, I wonder? Double the work, double the cost!
Perhaps, via the Metro News, Traveline will be made aware of its error.
